Marinated Chicken

  • 1 bottle Bernsteins' Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup dry vermouth or white wine

Blend Bernsteins' Italian Dressing with the dry vermouth or white wine. Pour over cut chicken parts and marinate an hour, turning a few times. Remove chicken from marinade and broil under medium heat or over charcoal until done (about 20 minutes) turning and brushing with marinade every 5 minutes. Or, place in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, brushing parts wiht marinade and turning after 20 minutes.
