Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 lb. fresh medium size mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons Bernstein's Italian Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion or green onion tops
  • 1 small can deviled ham
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Wash mushrooms and pull stems from caps. Trim stems and chop for stuffing. Brush caps with a little Italian Dressing and place top down in a baking dish. Pour remaining dressing into skillet and saute mushroom stems and onion until lightly browned. Add deviled ham and stir until blended. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees F., or until well heated. Serve hot as a buffet entree or as a tasty hot appetizer. Serves 4-6.
