Italian Shrimp and Vegetables

  • 1/2 cup Bernsteinís Restaurant Recipe Italian Dressing, divided
  • 6 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) uncooked deveined shrimp 41/50 size, peeled
  • 1/3 cup shredded Romano cheese

In a medium frying pan, heat 1/4 cup dressing. Add carrots; cover and cook on low 10 minutes or until carrots begin to soften. Add peas and shrimp, cover, and cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes or until shrimp test done. Add remaining dressing, spoon into a serving dish, sprinkle with cheese, and serve.
