Guacamole Steak Sauce and Dip
- 1 cup mashed ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons Bernsteins' Italian Dressing
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- dash Tabasco sauce
Blend ingredients together and refrigerate at least 2 hours to combine flavors. Serve as a table sauce for steaks and roasts, or place a spoonful on top of steaks just as they come off the grill or out of the broiler. Variation: Omit Tabasco sauce and add 2 tablespoons hot green peppers, minced.
