Chef's Salad Bowl
- 1 cup cooked ham, cut in julienne strips
- 1 cup American cheese, cut in julienne strips
- 3 hard-cooked eggs
Prepare Basic Green Salad and top with 1 cup each cooked ham and American cheese, cut in julienne strips. Arrange 3 sliced hard-cooked eggs around the edges and dress with your favorite Bernsteins' salad dressing. Serves 6.
