Mediterranean Garden Salad
with Balsamic Italian Dressing

- 1/4 cup Bernstein’s Balsamic Italian
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 5 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 large carrots, peeled and grated
- 1/2 med. red onion, thinly sliced
In a large bowl, combine the dressing, garlic and walnuts (set aside some for topping), whisk well.
Add the salad ingredients to the dressing and quickly toss. Serve the salad on individual plates, topped with the nuts.
